Searching for a new rental property couldn’t be easier with the release of the new Grant Property iPhone app. Not only can you search while on the move but the favourites tool allows you to keep track of the properties you like.
 
You can define the areas you wish to look for properties in by entering your chosen area or postcode and using the handy scrollable lists you can choose the number of bedrooms you require and the price range you can afford.

Other features include:

• Property information including features, rooms, etc
  

• View images of the property
• Check the property status and price
• View the property on a map
• Email the property to a friend
• Contact Grant Property by phone or email
