Thank you so much for offering us such a wonderful house, especially at such short notice. Last September, we were in urgent need of a good student accomodation and you and your agency, Grant Property, were kind enough to offer us a prompt viewing of this property. It was indeed a very comfortable place to stay, and we received many compliments from our friends upon having such a lovely house, in such a good location. Close to amenities as well as bus links. In this one year, when most of our friends in private accomodation had issues with their landlords, for various reasons, we have barely had any complaints regarding the house. Even if we did, your team has promptly responded and resolved the issue. In spite of a few repair jobs, that Phil took care of, and some issues that my housemates with the accounts team, it was a lovely experience to live in such a decent, well-maintained property. Your team has also been careful in sending us any notifications regarding the rent or clarifying our queries regarding the heater/boiler. Now, all four of us will be moving in different directions, but the memories that we shared in this house will surely remain vivid for a long time to come. Hope you continue the good work.
