Business Support Co-ordinator - Edinburgh

The Business Support Co-ordinator is a key member of the office support function providing an exceptionally high standard of service in a busy and highly varied role. The Business Administration Co-Ordinator will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager.

The role will be based at Head Office, Edinburgh.

Knowledgeable   

  • Arranging travel and hire car bookings
  • Assisting with event planning
  • Health and Safety administration
  • Manage and distribute e-learning
  • Assisting with management the company’s fleet of cars
  • Using the company HR system and assisting with the administration.
  • Co-ordinating starters and leavers (Inductions, IT equipment etc)
  • Checking and signing off supplier invoices
  • Assisting with the recruitment of new employees
  • Provide Reception cover ensuring the highest customer service.
  • Any ad hoc tasks requested by the Office Manager.
  • General Admin Support to the wider office when required

  • You are expected to fully participate in the Business Support function and the wider Grant Property Team and be flexible in your approach to team playing. Ideas and innovations which will develop the service levels, efficiency and profitability of the business are actively encouraged.
  • Attend (either in person or virtually) and fully participate in morning and weekly meetings and quarterly all-staff days.
