We’re hiring a self-motivated Contracts Manager with experience in dealing with multi discipline trades in the construction / renovations industry. The successful candidate will work directly with clients, contractors, architects and engineers to ensure the required deliverables fall within the acceptable specification and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compliant with current building & HMO regulations. The job may require some overtime hours especially around end of month deadlines. Day to Day:
Liaise with Council Inspectors, carry out Council Inspections (Building Control & HMO), Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers etc.
Meet clients and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Work as an integral part of Grant Property Team.
As a key member of the Renovations Team a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is expected. Ideas and innovations are encouraged to develop service levels, efficiency and profitability of the business.
