Property Investment Graduate Trainee

This role within Grant Property allows a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and unique property investment business in the UK. This opportunity will show how different areas of the organisation work together to create a business that provides a complete investment solution for residential property investment. The successful applicants time will be divided into periods in Investment, Finance, Property Management, Legal and New Business in order to create holistic knowledge about the whole company.

Required Qualifications:


  • Graduate has either 1st or 2:1 (Hons) in any: Business, Economics, Finance, HR, Management or Marketing degree.

  • Confident presentation ability both one on one and to a larger audience
  • Excellent Rapport building and networking skills that can be adapted to different audiences
  • Able to be proactive and forward thinking in approach to a range of different tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High level of articulation in both spoken and written English
  • Ability to work well with others in a team
  • Ability to identify new opportunities or areas for improvement
  • Ability to continually manage high quality professional service in the management of investment properties
  • Ability to produce a report to a high standard when required
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Promote the company values


Desirable skills:

  • Arabic and/or Chinese language skills
  • Sales experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Knowledge of IFAs
  • Knowledge of property management
  • Understanding of Finance
