Purpose of the Role: The successful candidate will be a key member of the Move In’s team. The role will involve processing tenant applications, guiding them through the process and ensuring the relevant checks are completed.
The role will be based in Edinburgh.

+ Responsible for processing new tenant applications & referencing in a timely and efficient manner therefore minimising fall-through potential
+ Ensure tight deadlines are adhered to, minimising time property is off the market
+ Guide tenants through application requirements
+ Ensure all checks are complete and meet minimum conditions for acceptance
+ Ensure ‘Right to Rent’ checks are completed satisfactorily
+ Oversee Let Alliance (or other supplier) to ensure efficient turnaround is met
+ Responsible for ensuring SME and systems are up to date and accurate
+ Generate accurate Tenancy Agreements for signing and ensure complete timeously
+ Ensure high service levels are maintained at all times
+ Great communication skills between internal and external customers.
+ Managing deadlines affectively.

+ You are expected to fully participate in the Move In’s team and wider Grant Property Team and be flexible in your approach to team playing. Ideas and innovations which will develop the service levels, efficiency and profitability of the business are actively encouraged.
+ Attend (either in person or virtually) and fully participate in morning and weekly meetings and quarterly all-staff days.
+ A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is expected and required at all times.
+ Attention to detail is vitally important, providing an assured, reliable service to all clients.
+ Prompt, informative responses are required at all times.
+ Motivated, proactive, hard-working and well organised. A proven track record of working as a team player supporting other members is a must.
+ Honesty and Integrity at all times is an absolute necessity.
