Ensuring good volume of quality properties are sourced and secured in Birmingham. The key objective is to ensure that all properties sourced meet and or exceed the criteria required.

  • First class communication skills. Good numeracy and accuracy.
  • To help provide a first-class service, working outside Mon-Fri, is required and being flexible within our client time zones is essential.

Key duties:

  1. Building strong relations with key sales agents, surveyors, off market contacts and specialist services.
  2. Sourcing and winning great opportunities, which work as an investment. Hitting profit and volume targets.
  3. To play an active role in growing our business through supplier, partner and client referrals.
  4. Carrying out accurate property assessments.
  5. Working with Investment team to help pitch properties to clients, helping clients understand benefits of given properties and areas.
  6. Identify, maintain, and seek off market opportunities.
  7. Liaising with surveyors on values and condition.
  8. Help prevent any fall throughs.
  9. To have a good working relationship with local councils regarding HMO regulations.
  10. Take a proactive role within the lettings team carrying out viewings on a regular basis.
  11. To create brand awareness in your city.

 

Salary: Competitive salary with open ended bonus, plus car allowance
